Using HTML and CSS it helps to keep the coding in the back of the website clean so that when the spiders come into the website they don’t have to trawl through lots and lots of coding and they can quickly see what the website is about.

3 – Using an existing domain can help

Organic search engine optimisation doesn’t happen overnight (no matter what the Guru’s tell you, and if you have a brand new domain you are starting right at the bottom. This will improve your search engine ratings substantially.

4 -Think about your keyword phrases

What are the key phrases that perfectly sum up your product or service?….The key phrases potential readers would be typing into the Google search box. Your keyword phrases need to be relevant to the content in your website. Try to avoid using more then 4 or 5 key phrases per page on your website. Using too many keywords is known as key word stuffing. This can cause the spider to dislike you, resulting in a negative rather than positive affect on your rankings with in the SERP’s.

5 – Back linking

Getting other sites to link to your website is great but bear in mind, they too have to be relevant to your content for best results. The Search Engines will be able to recognise if the links are irrelevant and can take a view that you maybe using some form of link  farm/buying service which again is something frowned upon by search engine spiders.
